4. Product Information & Purchases

Retail Fragrances:

• Product images are representative; actual colors/packaging may vary.

• Fragrance descriptions are subjective guides.

Wholesale Essential Oils:

• Product descriptions are informational; natural batch variations occur.

• Intended for commercial use by professionals.

• We reserve right to limit sales, correct pricing errors, or refuse orders.

5. Wholesale Accounts

• Wholesale requires approved account and separate Wholesale Agreement.

• Order submission does not constitute acceptance; all orders subject to verification.

• Prices per current wholesale list, subject to change without notice.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices include VAT where applicable.

• Full payment required before order processing/shipping.

• Accepted methods: Credit cards, bank transfers (wholesale), and other listed options.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs/times shown at checkout (customer responsibility unless wholesale agreement states otherwise).

• Title/risk transfers to you upon carrier delivery.

• Not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

8. Returns & Refunds

Retail Fragrances:

• No returns on opened items unless defective.

Wholesale Essential Oils:

• All sales final (consumable raw materials).

• Damage/incorrect item claims within 7 days of receipt (per Wholesale Agreement).

• Cancellations only before fulfillment begins.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Retail Fragrances:

• Test for allergies/sensitivities before use.

• Not liable for adverse reactions.

Wholesale Essential Oils:

• Client responsible for safe handling, dilution, and regulatory compliance.

• Not liable for misuse of raw materials.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
